Integration Details

If you haven't already, the first step to activate the Virtuous Overflow Integration is to configure it within your donation form in Virtuous. Click here to access a Virtuous help article that walks you through this process.

Once you've registered the integration within your Virtuous account, it's time to set up your account with Overflow!

Zapier

Integration Details

Zapier is a no-code tool for APIs. You can connect APIs from your favorite apps (like Slack, Google Sheets, Quickbook, etc.) together.

Bloomerang

Integration Details

Overflow's integration with Bloomerang makes managing your donor relationships easier by automatically syncing contribution and donor information from Overflow to your Bloomerang account. This integration eliminates the need for manual data entry, allowing you to focus on engaging your supporters.

Once a contribution is confirmed, it is automatically added to your Bloomerang account. Cash and credit gifts are categorized properly, while stock and crypto donations are classified under EFT, with notes indicating details like quantity and type.

The integration will search for a matching fund in Bloomerang based on the campaign name and either upload the transaction or create a new fund if none exists. Donor information is synced by email and updating existing records or creating new ones if necessary.

Rock RMS

Integration Details

Integrate your Overflow transaction and donor data into Rock RMS to have all giving information in one place and seamlessly manage donor relationships.

To activate, you will generate a unique URL in Rock RMS. You can then choose between granting full Rock Administration permissions or restricting access to specific API endpoints for the integration.

Salesforce

Integration Details

With Overflow's Salesforce App, you have the ability to map any transaction as an opportunity on either an account or contact and sync updates regularly. Your team will be thrilled to have transaction and donor data in the place they already work. The app's key features allow your team to say goodbye to disparate data and hello to improved donor relationships:

IMPORT DATA

Automatically retrieve your confirmed Overflow transaction and donor data and map them to existing objects.

CUSTOMIZE MAPPINGS

With the Mapping Editor, you'll be able to choose which properties to sync and set default values.

SET RECURRING SYNCS

Recurring jobs can be scheduled to regularly import your Overflow data. Imports will only pull confirmed gifts to Salesforce.

ANONYMOUS DONOR CUSTOMIZATION

We support setting your integration to where donor details will remain completely anonymous, even to you, when a donor selects this option. This is an opt-in only feature, all existing Salesforce Integrations will function as normal. Please reach out to our support team if you would like to activate this feature.

Planning Center Online

Integration Details

With Overflow's PCO integration, future contributions and donor details will automatically sync from Overflow to PCO, eliminating manual data entry and enhancing engagement.

Contributions are synced to PCO, with cash and credit categorized appropriately. However, because PCO does not have a way to account for non-cash assets within their system, stock and crypto are classified as Checks. The sync includes contribution value, fund details (creating new campaigns if necessary), and donor information (updating existing records or creating new ones).

PushPay ChMS

Integration Details

Connecting with Overflow's Pushpay ChMS integration allows all future contribution and giver information to automatically sync contribution and giver information from your Overflow Dashboard to your Pushpay ChMS account. This will take out any manual work of exporting and uploading donation details and allowing you to more effectively engage with individuals giving to your church.

This free integration is available to turn on directly within your Overflow Dashboard.
