This is the Overflow story, and we are just getting started.
Fighting to pay the bill is a culture that we count as a privilege. We create opportunities to give when it’s not required. Embedded in our business model is a comment to reserve 10% of our revenue to the Overflow Generosity Fund, managed and distributed by the Overflow Foundation. We believe that we can’t lead others to places we haven’t been ourselves.
We lead with vision to connect the dots between my task and the collective goal. The vision is a picture of where we are going that compels us forward. By keeping vision at the forefront in fresh ways, we avoid atrophy, distraction or a derailment from our destination. the clarity of the vision produces an energy that is infectious.
